As a first-generation student and an analytical thinker, I am driven by a deep passion for the environment, sustainability, and education. I have actively engaged with multiple community outreach groups, including Mote Marine Laboratory, the Committee on Unsheltered Homelessness, United Way, and Hope4Communities, where I have gained valuable experience in making a positive impact on society.

I earned my bachelor's degree in Public Relations from West Virginia University, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. This foundation, combined with my love for the environment, has motivated me to pursue a master's degree in Sustainability Management at the University of Westminster in London, England.

Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have demonstrated a commitment to environmental stewardship and a desire to drive positive change. By combining my analytical mindset with a love for education, I seek to apply innovative approaches to address pressing environmental challenges.

My experience working with various community outreach groups has equipped me with the skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. I am adept at identifying opportunities for sustainable solutions and implementing impactful initiatives. Additionally, my background in Public Relations has given me the ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences, fostering understanding and inspiring action.

Moving forward, my goal is to leverage my interdisciplinary knowledge and practical experience to drive sustainable practices in both the private and public sectors. I am eager to contribute to the global efforts in creating a more sustainable future, and my studies at the University of Westminster will further equip me with the expertise necessary to make a meaningful difference.

After the completion of my master's degree in 2024, I will be seeking engaging and impactful opportunities in sustainability outreach roles within cities, universities, and private and public companies. With a deep passion for environmental stewardship and sustainable practices, I aim to utilize my skills, knowledge, and community engagement experience to drive positive change and contribute to the creation of a more sustainable future. By effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, I aspire to promote environmental consciousness, implement sustainable initiatives, and inspire others to adopt environmentally responsible practices. Through these roles, I aim to make a meaningful contribution to organizations committed to sustainability and play an instrumental role in fostering a greener and more resilient society.
